Graham and Liz Salisbury came to Zampelles in 1998 and run a thriving tea and coffee lounge in the Johnsonville Mall together with a successful franchise outlet in Queensgate Mall Lower Hutt.
Zampelles specialises in homemade sandwiches, cakes, scones, breakfasts and a selection of hearty hot meals.
They also roast and blend their own coffee which is available in their coffee lounges as well as being available for sale either as beans or freshly ground coffee in convenient packs.
Sixteen years in the business has taught them to use only fresh ingredients and high quality coffee beans.
